Okay I'll admit I've posted this recipe before, but it is just so versatile I wanted to post it with some holiday pizazz this year. I've become very into my Fancy Sprinkles and wanted to use them to dress up these bite sized cookies. I think they turned out great! Read more about this cookie recipe here.
With just five ingredients the dough comes together quickly. It stays a little crumbly but you push it all together in the pan and it forms up nicely.
Once chilled, you cut up the pan into bite sized squares and bake away! *After cutting is also the perfect time to pop them in the freezer if you are making ahead. Freeze in a single layer on a cookie sheet before transferring to a freezer bag. You can bake right from frozen!* Be careful not to overbake these, as they can get a little hard.
What are your favorite sprinkles to use in holiday baking?
