Happy National Bundt Cake Day! This Pumpkin Spice Cake from Nordic
Ware comes together so easily and is sure to delight everyone this fall season.
I used the Autumn Wreath Bundt 10-cup pan (also from Nordic Ware) to give it a
little extra pizazz for my Friendsgiving table but any Bundt pan would do.
The sour cream and the pumpkin puree keep the cake so moist, it really doesn't
need anything extra when you serve it, but a little whipped cream on the side is
sure to make anyone happy too! Leftovers make a great breakfast treat the
next morning.
