This is a great recipe to make when you aren't quite sure what to do since most of the ingredients are pantry staples, just have to grab the meat.  There's very little prepping to be done, just season, mix and dump it in the slow cooker and you are good to go four to eight hours later.  The perfect easy-not-turkey-leftovers meal to have after Thanksgiving :)

This is another go-to recipe for me when a potato side would accompany a meal well since it's just a few ingredients to some tasty sweet potatoes.

The last recipe is also a nice and easy one, while you get the potatoes boiling on the stove, you can toss these in the oven.  It only takes salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic pepper to get them going, then you pop on the cheese when you pull them out of the oven.  My family prefers green beans roasted because they love that crispy texture they get.

All three of the recipes on this menu come together with only a few ingredients (all of which are pantry staples for us) and require very little active-cooking time, but they come together so nicely for what feels like a much more complicated and fancy meal!
