I did adjust this recipe from the original to make it slightly more WW
friendly. Here are the ingredients I used, otherwise followed the recipe as
directed.
8 ounces elbow macaroni1 cup 2% milk1 12- ounce cans low-fat evaporated milk2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, (diced)1 cups cheddar cheese, (grated)3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, (grated)1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper1/4 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon ground mustard1/4 cup Country Crock/Margarine
With these changes the recipe comes out to 10 SP on the WW Green Plan.
So maybe it looks a little messy since it's all stirred around in there, but
it's so tasty! Look at that cheese pull. *drools* This recipe
comes out so well with so little effort. It's creamy, the pasta isn't
mushy, and it has that good punch of cheese.
