I just love cranberries, and actually buy a big bag this time of year and stash some in my freezer for whenever I want to add a little sweet-tart to my day. I found this recipe when I was looking for a new way to use them and really enjoyed the pairing of the balsamic in these flavors.
This dish is Paleo and made in one pan (we sautéed up some asparagus in another) so it's nice and easy and can be worked into lots of lifestyles. I removed the skin from my chicken to save a bunch of WW points so it turned out very point-friendly as well!
