Once the dough comes together, you just roll balls in powdered sugar and you are good to go! I used some mini foil liners to keep mine separated from other cookies for their future placement on a cookie tray. It helped contain the powdered sugar as well and makes them very giftable! I love how the stark white looks against a holiday red table.
*Since these aren't baked, the alcohol is not cooked off.
