Peanut Butter Blossoms

Peanut butter blossoms are a classic cookie that are always a hit in this house. They come together pretty easily, but that last step after baking is what makes them extra special. We start with a peanut butter cookie base.
Once baked, the cookies will spread and crack slightly. While they are baking, I recommend unwrapping your Hershey's Kisses to get them ready.
While the cookies are still warm, gently press a Kiss into each one. The heat makes the cookies soft enough to make a spot for the chocolate and it will melt slightly to adhere. If they crack a little more during this step that is perfectly fine.
Move them onto the cooling rack to set up and you are all set! These cookies are easy to gobble up and so tasty.
The great thing about these is you can mix and match different Hershey Kiss flavors to make new and exciting cookies. What is your favorite combination to try?
