This pork recipe is so easy and comes together beautifully. I like to just throw some veggies on another pan to roast at the same time so it's just a few sheet pans and all done in the oven. We even threw some frozen rolls in to round it out as a Sunday Supper!
The recipe uses all things I always have on hand, garlic, dried spices, olive oil and white wine (I love the little 4 pack of mini bottles for cooking!) And my trick to tender and juicy pork is to use a meat thermometer to cook to the right temperature.
