Sprinkles really just make everything fun and colorful, so I love to use them in my baking! I didn't have Funfetti Cake Mix like the recipe called for, so I just added some of my own sprinkles into the batter of some white cake mix. The following ingredients are all you need!
I mixed and matched some nonpareils to create fun color combinations rather than just the traditional rainbow. You scooped out the dough and rolled them in these sprinkles to create a beautiful color but also a nice crunchy exterior for the cookies.
They baked evenly and turned out crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, so easy to create such an eye-catching sweet treat! (I left some without the outside sprinkles too for those that aren't fans of the crunch.)
