This is another tried and true recipe I've been making for years. It's a great fall or holiday twist on a chocolate chip cookie. The pumpkin keeps the cookie moist and it comes out a little more cake-like and fluffy but very delicious.
A few pretty common ingredients, plus some canned pumpkin puree (not pie filling!) and you'll have these cookies in no time! The pumpkin gives the batter a gorgeous orange color. It is a little more batter-like than dough like, so prepared for it to be a little sticky.
We used our trusty cookie scoop to get perfectly portioned cookies.
They baked up beautifully for us, and the silpat mat makes them a breeze to remove.
These cookies were a hit with my family, as they kept getting gobbled right up. Do you like pumpkin and chocolate together? I'd recommend giving these a try if so!
