This drumstick recipe is definitely a keeper! It comes together easily on the stovetop or in the Instant Pot, depending on your preference. The ingredients are simple and things we always have on hand, which is always a plus for me. Drumsticks have been going on sale a lot lately so I was eager to give this recipe a try.
We chose to do this on the stovetop. Put all the sauce ingredients in the pan, cook for a few minutes. Add the chicken, turn it every 15 minutes or so until it's tender and done. We skipped topping with sesame seeds or scallions. It is that simple. We served it up with some rice and sautéed brussels sprouts. We will definitely be making this one again.
