Making a stir fry is a great way to get dinner on the table quickly. This one is done all in one skillet, and I threw some rice noodles in at the end to get the sauce to really adhere to all of it and the flavors to meld together. (If you want it Whole30, don't add noodles or rice!)
The addition of lemon gives this dish such a nice freshness and goes so nicely with the asparagus. The flavors are familiar enough that this is family friendly too. Everyone was a fan of this one pan chicken dinner!
