This was an unusual miss for us from Skinnytaste. We liked how easy it was but didn't feel it packed enough flavor for us. However, I want to give it another try since I love the flavor profiles here. I think next time I would marinate it overnight for maximum impact.

This one is a family favorite in our house since it's an easy way to change up rice but subtle enough that all the kids still eat it. Make sure you follow the recipe directions for cooking the rice, as it's different from how we would typically do it - but it turns out wonderful!

I love roasted veggies, especially as we get into the cooler months. You can use whatever herbs you want really to best pair with the rest of the meal you are making. We typically use whatever is in our garden at the time. Roasting Brussels sprouts is also a way to get picky people to like them more, it's one of our favorite healthy ways to prepare them!
