There are so many types of tacos out there, so for this Taco Tuesday we wanted to mix it up a bit with not only some fish, but also a Greek twist! I pretty much love anything you put tzatziki on, so I was super excited to give these a try. What's super great about this recipe is the fish itself is tender and flaky, but isn't where a lot of the flavor punch is. So for picky eaters they can definitely eat these as fish sticks or a more plain fish taco.
We set ours up as a taco bar so everyone could put on only what they wanted to accommodate everyone's taste preferences. Assembling your own taco is always a hit in our family!
We used flour tortillas since that's what we had, but otherwise we stuck to the recipe. These turned out great! For bigger eaters, you'll definitely want to make additional servings or some hearty sides since these aren't super big.
