This grilled bourbon chicken recipe will bring you back to those shopping mall food court samples, but it so much better for you! We served it with some Brussels sprouts and a baked sweet potato last time we made it, but I would probably do rice next time.
I like to make up this marinade and sauce and then freeze some raw chicken breasts in it. Then I can just pull it out of the freezer, thaw, and put it on the grill for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I even reduce the sauce down and put it in a separate baggie when freezing so I can top it off without having to remake anything else. This recipe was a big hit with everyone in the family and is definitely on the regular rotation list in our house.
