I loved this take on Chicken Schniztel, the gluten free coating went so well and the chicken stayed nice and juicy. I thought the slaw was a fresh spin on it as well, however my fiance wasn't a fan of that part of the dish. The grapefruit was tart and the celery crunchy which paired nicely with the tender chicken.
