Who else thinks bow-tie is an underrated pasta shape? This creamy chicken pasta recipe using bow-ties comes together easily for a busy weeknight and can get some picky eaters to eat their broccoli since it ends up all mixed in. It also holds up well to reheating which makes it great for family dinner or meal prep! We've had a hard time finding the dressing specified in the recipe more recently, but you can use anything similar really or even Italian dressing I think would be fine with this!
The light cream cheese adds a nice element that really makes this dish feel a bit more decadent without relying on butter or heavy cream which would add a lot more fat and calories. This meal comes out to 13 SmartPoints on WW Green which isn't bad at all for a bowl of creamy pasta!
