Do you ever want an impressive meal that doesn't actually take hours to prepare?  I bring you dijon-tarragon cream chicken! Prepared up in one skillet and using only a handful of ingredients, this is sure to leave guests wowed. 

We served this dish up for a family dinner, it wasn't the biggest hit with the kids, but we really enjoyed it.  Simple egg noodles (delicious with the sauce) and some sauteed asparagus completed the meal.
