Hi my name is Maci and I love pancakes :) You might see a lot of posts about them, but I like to try lots of different versions and varieties.   On this particular day I made bacon first, and then used a tiny bit of bacon grease to fry these bad boys up on the griddle.  I added blueberries to some and chocolate chips to others.
